All Star Pet Resort is a pet daycare and kennel for primarily dogs and cats.
We watch and care for peoples pets when they are away.

We are looking for a caring and reliable part time kennel attendant to assist in the daily requirements to keep the kennel clean and sanitary and to keep the pets happy and healthy in their owners absence.
It is required to work holidays and to have an 8am start each shift and it is imperative to be reliable and to show up EVERYDAY.
Without us the animals would be stuck in their own mess and stink which is terrible and unacceptable, reliability in showing up for each shift and doing our work thoroughly is crucial. It is as necessary as having constant love and respect for each of our animals.

While it is important that you like animals and are happy in working with them, it is also necessary that you are accustomed to and are not fearful of dogs of all sizes (and cats). It’s important you are well inclined in skill and respect while interacting and caring for our animals.

It is unavoidable, while cleaning the kennels, that you will come in contact with dog urine and feces in scooping, hosing, wiping, and laundering, so you must not be adverse in getting dirty or sweaty.
Work is required and this is a physical job, it is a dirty job so please be prepared for such.

A 2 week, paid, probationary period is required before a permanent position is offered.

All that said we are a small friendly team and all get along well. We are looking for someone to add to the spirit of teamwork and work well with our diligent ensemble. In my opinion this is one of the best jobs in the world and that is because of my love for dogs.
