I am afraid that my cat will catch parasites from other pets in the facility.

Our facility is flea-free. Any pet arriving will be inspected for parasites upon “check-in ” If we find fleas or ticks, a bath will be required at your expense. For on-going flea and tick protection, we suggest Frontline and Advantage.

My cat needs medication from time to time. Will he/she be given medicine properly and what would it cost me?

We administer medications at no extra charge. However, we do ask that you provide “treats” to dispense the medication. We suggest bringing any treat you use at home. The medication has to be in the original labeled container. We do not offer injections.

What kind of diet will be followed for my cat?

There are many reasons to keep feeding your cat the same diet as you do at home. Likewise your vet or pet nutritionist may have advised you to keep feeding certain food/s.

If you would like to keep your cat on the same diet, you are welcome to bring your own food. Please have it labeled with your cat’s name and feeding instructions.

My cat is very particular about his/her blanket and toys. Can I bring them along when I check in?

We provide food, water and clean litter boxes. If you wish you may bring your pet’s favorite blankets or toys to make their stay that much more enjoyable.

I am worried that my cat might get hurt from the other pets at the facility.

For your pet’s safety, we do not allow pets to be in close contact. Your cat will have a private quarters.

However, cats from the same household are of course allowed to be boarded together in the same condo.

Are there any veterinarians at the facility? If not, how will you deal with any sickness that may befall my beloved pet?

There is no Veterinarian on premise. Should your pet not feel well, we will attempt to contact you, your emergency contact and your veterinarian for instructions.

However, if no communication is possible, we will contact our regular daytime veterinarian or our 24-hour emergency veterinarian, both of whom we are affiliated.

Naturally we would notify you and your veterinarian of your pet’s situation at the earliest opportunity.

Is your facility safe and secure?

Yes, we have caretakers on the property 24/7 providing pet boarding services.

Do I have to pay a certain amount upfront while checking in or can I pay later?

All fees are payable on departure at the resort so please be ready to make payment when you check out.

I am worried about being away from my cat for such a long duration.

Leaving your pet isn’t always easy!… so we try to make it easier for you both, so say your goodbyes at home, and allow your pet to settle in as quickly as possible.

Our friendly Pet Care Attendants will look after your pet as if he/she was their own, and help them quickly get used to their new quarters.

What else do I need to know before I drop my cat at your facility?

And don’t forget to let our staff know of any special or unusual characteristics your pet may have.
