After all of this TLC, they will be treated to a meal of Purina dry cat food and fresh water daily. If your feline friend has special dietary requirements, you’re welcome to supply your own and we’ll make sure to provide it to them during their stay.
Relaxing Environment For Your Cat
We try to keep the environment as relaxing as possible and therefore our cat boarding facilities are placed away from the dog kennels. Also, your cat’s safety is our top priority and we don’t allow the pets to be in close contact. Of course, if you would like your cat to share a condo with one of your other cats in the same family, it will be no problem. Rest assured, our on-site staff is available round-the-clock to ensure that your cat is always taken care of.

What are the pet boarding check in/out times?
PET BOARDING CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT HOURS:
Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am – 2:30 pm.

Once you have made a booking, we’ll email your pet’s full itinerary and any additional details.
Are any documents required before checking in my cat?
At ALL STAR PET RESORT we want to protect your pet’s health. We require that all pet’s boarding with us have the following vaccinations preferably two weeks prior to boarding. A copy of your pet’s vaccination records from a veterinarian is required upon check in:
Current Rabies (within 12 months or 36 months)
Current Vaccination Certificate – our friendly staff can let you know what vaccinations your pets need
FVRCP: Also known as Feline Distemper, requires a composite vaccine that protects against a set of viruses; Feline Panleukopenia (Feline Distemper), Feline viral Rinotracheitis, Feline Calicivirus and Feline Chlamydiosis. Recommended for both indoor and outdoor cats and given according to your Vet’s protocol.
Rabies Protects against a fatal viral disease that affects the central nervous system of all mammals-including humans. It is transmitted through bite wounds or scratches. Symptoms appear within 2-24 weeks, and after the onset of symptoms, death normally occurs within 2-7 days.
All Shots must be current and we must have copies for your file of all shot records prior to boarding your pet.
Tick prevention is essential for all pets staying at Pet Resorts and must be reapplied every 14 days

I am afraid that my cat will catch parasites from other pets in the facility.
Our facility is flea-free. Any pet arriving will be inspected for parasites upon “check-in ” If we find fleas or ticks, a bath will be required at your expense. For on-going flea and tick protection, we suggest Frontline and Advantage.
My cat needs medication from time to time. Will he/she be given medicine properly and what would it cost me?
We administer medications at no extra charge. However, we do ask that you provide “treats” to dispense the medication. We suggest bringing any treat you use at home. The medication has to be in the original labeled container. We do not offer injections.
What kind of diet will be followed for my cat?
There are many reasons to keep feeding your cat the same diet as you do at home. Likewise your vet or pet nutritionist may have advised you to keep feeding certain food/s.
If you would like to keep your cat on the same diet, you are welcome to bring your own food. Please have it labeled with your cat’s name and feeding instructions.
My cat is very particular about his/her blanket and toys. Can I bring them along when I check in?
We provide food, water and clean litter boxes. If you wish you may bring your pet’s favorite blankets or toys to make their stay that much more enjoyable.
I am worried that my cat might get hurt from the other pets at the facility.
For your pet’s safety, we do not allow pets to be in close contact. Your cat will have a private quarters.
However, cats from the same household are of course allowed to be boarded together in the same condo.
Are there any veterinarians at the facility? If not, how will you deal with any sickness that may befall my beloved pet?
There is no Veterinarian on premise. Should your pet not feel well, we will attempt to contact you, your emergency contact and your veterinarian for instructions.
However, if no communication is possible, we will contact our regular daytime veterinarian or our 24-hour emergency veterinarian, both of whom we are affiliated.
Naturally we would notify you and your veterinarian of your pet’s situation at the earliest opportunity.
Is your facility safe and secure?
Yes, we have caretakers on the property 24/7 providing pet boarding services.
Do I have to pay a certain amount upfront while checking in or can I pay later?
All fees are payable on departure at the resort so please be ready to make payment when you check out.
I am worried about being away from my cat for such a long duration.
Leaving your pet isn’t always easy!… so we try to make it easier for you both, so say your goodbyes at home, and allow your pet to settle in as quickly as possible.
Our friendly Pet Care Attendants will look after your pet as if he/she was their own, and help them quickly get used to their new quarters.
