All Pets Must be Vaccinated: We require current vaccination records
At ALL STAR PET RESORT we want to protect your pet’s health. We require that all pet’s boarding with us have the following vaccinations preferably two weeks prior to boarding. A copy of your pet’s vaccination records from a veterinarian is required upon check in:
Current Rabies (within 12 months or 36 months)
FVRCP: Also known as Feline Distemper, requires a composite vaccine that protects against a set of viruses; Feline Panleukopenia (Feline Distemper), Feline viral Rinotracheitis, Feline Calicivirus and Feline Chlamydiosis. Recommended for both indoor and outdoor cats and given according to your Vet’s protocol.
Rabies Protects against a fatal viral disease that affects the central nervous system of all mammals-including humans. It is transmitted through bite wounds or scratches. Symptoms appear within 2-24 weeks, and after the onset of symptoms, death normally occurs within 2-7 days
All Shots must be current and we must have copies for your file of all shot records prior to boarding your pet.
Our facility is flea-free. Any pet arriving will be inspected for parasites upon “check-in. ” If we find fleas or ticks, a bath will be required at your expense. For on-going flea and tick protection, we suggest Frontline and Advantage.
Is Your Pet Currently Taking Any Medication?
We administer medications at no extra charge. However, we do ask that you provide “treats” to dispense the medication. We suggest bringing any treat you use at home . The medication has to be in the original labeled container. We do not offer injections.
Special Dietary Requirements:
There are many reasons to keep feeding your cat the same diet as you do at home. Likewise your vet or pet nutritionist may have advised you to keep feeding certain food/s. If you would like to keep your cat on the same diet, you are welcome to bring your own food. Please have it labeled with your cat’s name and feeding instructions.
Your cats environment:
We provide food, water and clean litter boxes. If you wish you may bring your pet’s favorite blankets or toys to make their stay that much more enjoyable.
Contact with other animals:
For your pet’s safety we do not allow pets the to be in close contact. Your cat will have a private quarters. However, cats from the same household are of course allowed to be boarded together in the same condo.

However, if no communication is possible, we will contact our regular daytime veterinarian or our 24 – hour emergency veterinarian, both of whom we are affiliated. Naturally we would notify you and your veterinarian of your pet’s situation at the earliest opportunity.
